Policy explains your rights when purchasing products from SKNkind.

1. Right to Cancel an Online Order

If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you
generally have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days
without giving a reason.

The 14-day cancellation period begins on the day you, or a person you
have designated (other than the carrier), receives the products.

You may use your own wording to tell us that you wish to cancel your
order. Please include your order number and the products you wish to return.

You must notify us before the 14-day cancellation period expires.

After notifying us, you must send the products back within 14 days.

2. Condition of Returned Skincare
Products

Because our products are cosmetics and skincare products, certain items
may be unsuitable for return once they have been unsealed for hygiene and
health-protection reasons.

Where applicable, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply
to a product that was delivered sealed and has subsequently been unsealed.

For example, where a product has a protective seal or other hygienic
packaging, please do not remove the seal if you are considering returning the
product.

If a product does not fall within the applicable hygiene exception, you
may still exercise your statutory cancellation right. However, you may be
responsible for any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling
beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and
functioning of the product.

3. Returning Products

Unless the product is defective or we have sent you the wrong product,
you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning a product
following a change-of-mind cancellation.

Please return products securely packaged and, where possible, in their
original packaging.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of
postage until your return has been processed.

4. Refunds

When you validly exercise your right to cancel, we will refund the
payments we have received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive
standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product.

We will normally issue the refund using the same payment method you used
for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method.

5. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect
Products

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, does not correspond to the
product you ordered, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please
contact us at info@sknkind.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number;
• A description of the problem; and
• Photographs where relevant.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable
consumer law.

Where the product is defective or otherwise our responsibility, we will
cover the applicable reasonable return costs.

6. Products Damaged During Delivery

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at info@sknkind.com
as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and products.

This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you may need to return the
original product where legally permitted and place a new order.

8. Promotional or Free Products

If an order included a free promotional product, gift or bundle benefit,
please contact us before returning the order. Depending on the circumstances,
the promotional item may need to be returned together with the purchased
products.

9. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy limits or excludes any
mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
